Located in Santa Maria di Lota, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 900 m from Miomo Beach and 700 m from a cove with access via a pedestrian path, the totally independent accommodation (attached to our villa) is composed of 2 rooms: a sea view bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with dining area. Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc.Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m , nearby there are forests that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and the Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

Casa Oliva - large apartment

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the largest apartment and consists of a kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the bustle of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
