LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful seaside house 5 minutes' walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village on the west side of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and light blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc.Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m , nearby there are forests that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and the Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant. The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.
