The house is beautiful — spacious, bright, perfectly clean and furnished with a refined taste that combines simplicity and warmth. Every detail conveys care and love for the welcome. Vincenzo and Nicoletta are exceptional hosts: present, always available for a tip or a chat, but never intrusive. You feel their passion and the pleasure of sharing this little slice of paradise with guests. A restorative stay, which we highly recommend to anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy breathtaking views, and feel at home even away from home.

What a magical place! Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor. All with wonderful mid century furniture, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need in the kitchen, great gas hob and large fridge freezer. Downstairs is the magic - open sided lounge area looking out over the wonderful vista of the mountains in the distance and the towns below. Large new BBQ which we used, and then sat out with a glass of wine watching the rainbows, sunset and twinkling night lights below. Francesco was wonderful - meeting us and then directing us in his car to the property which is out of the town. Perfect stay - wish it was not for just a stop over but for a few days. Highly recommend.

The view is breathtaking and makes your stay more than worthwhile. Alberto is a top host and his cooking skills are a bonus! Anything you need is present. Perfect for those who want to relax in the tranquility of Le Marche. Alberto, thanks for the great time!
