E' formato da un soggiorno con angolo cucina, un'ampia camera matrimoniale, una camerina con letto singolo e un bagno con anti-bagno. La zona antistante l'ingresso è arredata con tavolo e sedie per uso privato, in modo da poter consumare i pasti anche all'esterno nelle belle giornate primaverili ed estive.
