Very nice property with a great view of the town and the sea. An easy walk to the town and beach but there are a lot of steps. Very pretty little streets. We were made very welcome and Nicolas made communicating very simple. Didn't really want to leave! We will hopefully be back one day. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Accommodation completely in line with the description. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The rooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a good stay.

Perfect apartment for 2 couples as it’s so ideally placed in the town. It had everything we needed and made a very enjoyable 5 day stay back to the town which has so many great family memories for us .

Beautiful apartment full of charm in the city center in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Well-equipped and very pleasant with its patio and small terrace upstairs. Air conditioning very appreciated. I would highly recommend it

The terrace is unfortunately not up to the rest of the service, no maintenance carried out (curled slats, outdated garden furniture). That didn't stop us from having a great stay here. It is a shame that there are no independent toilets and it would be good to warn that one of the bedrooms is at the garage level (which must be crossed to turn it off), without a window (with one then light). It is still very well furnished and very functional with a large bathroom and its toilets. It would also be nice to be clear about the end-of-stay cleaning. The house has 3 levels, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and that's totally awesome and completely essential! The house is modern, well decorated, very pleasant to live in.

Good location for visiting Les Corbières, in a village with restaurants, bakery, small supermarket, gas station, wineries. Quiet and friendly village. The accommodation is clean with the necessary equipment. Some games and books are available. Anne even lent bowls and blanket for our dog! Anne was kind to send us messages the day before and on the day of check-in to let us know how to access it. It went very well!

There were four of us in the accommodation and we had the luxury of each person having a single room. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Since we cooked a lot, that was great. The quite large terrace with the shady tree was a dream. There is no WiFi (but it is also in the ad). Since we were often on the road, it was no problem for us. For us, the location was great: you can quickly reach both bays and also quite quickly reach the train station. But you always have to go up the mountain to the accommodation, which was not a problem for us. Tip: Ms. Perez, who takes care of bed linen and cleaning, can only be reached in French.

A very committed and helpful host. The house was perfectly prepared – clean, tidy, everything worked perfectly, which was especially important for a few months. The entire stay went smoothly and comfortably. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

Although our stay was brief, it was exactly what we needed! We appreciated the air conditioning considering the heat. It was clean, super convenient for walking around town and comfortable for the five of us.

We had an amazing stay at Karine's in Collioure: spacious house, very nice garden, mezzanine/games room very popular with children, ... all in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Port d 'Avall beach. We came by train and stayed in Collioure for a week, we didn't miss the car at all as there are nice things to do in direct proximity (hikes, beaches, discoveries of alleys, boat rental, ...) It was really perfect.

Gite meets our expectations and site descriptions. We came with our 2 dogs, the back yard is very convenient for them. Nothing to say

The apartment is clean, as described and easy to find. Renaldo always available and responsive. Well-equipped apartment, and quite easy to park nearby in parking lots. Everything is perfect, but the only downside, which is unrelated to the rental, is the road access to the village: Wherever you come from, the roads are chaotic, dotted with potholes and other deformations. A few villages to cross with chicanes and other speed bumps (besides, it's the only thing that's in good condition). I recommend going through Le Boulou to come from the coast despite the detour. In short, a real obstacle course and torture for cars.

We loved the house, everything matched the descriptions, everything is close to the house, easy to access since it is a quiet central area, we spent 2 weeks enjoying everything that is close to Argeles, beaches, rivers, etc. At night you can walk to the promenade since it is 5 blocks away and there are parks for children to have fun at night, they are also very close. I give it 5 stars since the communication was always good and fast between Caroline and I regarding the house, I recommend it 100%....

We had a pleasant stay. Welcomed by Nadège. It's a change from a key box :-). She provided us with a 2nd set of keys on request. It's nice. The accommodation is great: cul-de-sac in a pedestrian area, super quiet and 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. And in addition, with a magnificent garden. We took the opportunity to have breakfast in the morning with the birds singing and dinners outside enjoying the freshness brought by the vegetation. Nickel rooms and 4 bathrooms. There was no wait despite our number. We really enjoyed the stay and already want to do it again. Thank you.

We had a great time in Elne thanks to our hosts, a really lovely couple. They welcomed us with great kindness and were able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The place is very large and well maintained both in terms of cleanliness and furniture (new). The attention to the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool was excellent. The village is very nice (there are no new houses but they are all renovated), it is small with everything at your fingertips (supermarket, pharmacy, a couple of clubs) and a few minutes by car there are shops, supermarkets in number so as to allow a wide choice. A 10/15 minute drive away there are beautiful beaches never crowded (we stayed in August) and between half anhour and two hours there are wonderful cities and places to visit (the cataracles, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Bezier). In the evening the place is very, very quiet: if you are looking for a Rimini or Ibiza style vacation, the town is not good but if you are for a vacation full of the beautiful sea, culture and relaxation, the place is fantastic. Adrien is an exactly attentive guest and has always responded with speed, courtesy and kindness.

A home that was thought out in detail. We've been around a lot, but this listing stands out with its equipment. The host couple are constantly available, yet invisible. The property is well located geographically with good access to what the area has to offer. In the garden you can sit outside and eat and enjoy the sun if you want. Shops are located in walking distance. If you have a car, it is easily parked both on the property and the street. Very beautiful walk and bike paths close by. In summer there is a large public pool available 50 meters from the house. You are in Spain in 7-8 minutes by car. The sea takes about 20 minutes to reach. A home that you can definitely revisit without hesitation

The house is simply beautiful, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is close to all shops and restaurants. In addition, Laurent and his wife gave us an impeccable welcome. They took the time to explain in detail the functioning of the house. We highly recommend staying there.
