Holiday rentals with beach access in Cannaregio, Venice

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Martin的房子非常好，非常有品质的装饰和用品，我们选择在楼下的Casa Bonita餐厅用餐，味道也很不错。房子位于主岛，很方便，门口有4.1和4.2 waterbus码头，非常方便。

Oh wow. This place was just so perfect. It’s in a great location on a quiet street. (The vaporetto can be a little noisy, but if that bothers you, don’t get a place on the canal, lol!!) There’s a vaporetto station a few blocks away at the casino which makes traveling around Venice very easy and convenient. Good local restaurants nearby and yummy cappuccino just a block or two down. Our host, Roberto, was amazing. Everytime we needed anything he responded immediately. We felt very safe and taken care of, which is so important in a foreign land. Grazie, Roberto!

The apartment was easy to walk to from the Ospedale water shuttle stop. It’s a quiet and walkable neighborhood away from the bustle, but close enough to walk to everything in a matter of minutes. Davide responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and had air conditioning, and was very comfortable. The two queen beds and two private rooms were perfect for my friend and I.

We loved our stay in Lido. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was a great place to return home to after a long day of exploring.

We had a great stay in Venice. The apartment is very well located in San Polo, close to Rialto and two vaporetto stops. It’s well equipped, with lots of windows and good ventilation. Communication with the host was excellent. He met us at the vaporetto station, which made finding the apartment much easier (a big help in Venice!). He gave us a warm welcome and great local tips. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Wonderful apartment. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a holiday. Quiet romantic corner near the water. I highly recommend for a trip to Venice. Communication with Elena was great. We will definitely come back again.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

Tolles Apartment bei Venedig. Checkin und out waren unkompliziert und Nicole hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns auch beim Transfer geholfen. Es gibt Fahrräder, so kann man auch einkaufen und zum nahegelegen Strand fahren. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten, hat außenrollos und fliegengitter. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme avec notre enfant. Le premier étage est conçu comme un appartement bien équipé avec un accès sur une terrasse et un jardin coquet. La localisation sur l'île du Lido est idéale : un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du vaporetto pour rejoindre Venise, avec de bons restaurants accessibles à proximité et la plage à 15 minutes à pieds. Un grand merci à Carla et son époux pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur bienveillance. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse paisible et recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Really best place to stay - lovely area and 10 mins from centre. Get a real italy feel outside the tourists but only a few streets away from the chaos. 1 stop from the beaches on a 10 min boat and dotts in constant communication when you need him. Really great, will recommend to everyone

Great place to base yourself to explore Venice, Lido, and the other islands. The Lido is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. A great place to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the busy and crowded Venice. Paolo's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Perfect!

Couldn’t ask for more really. The apartment is stylish old school with big windows, beautiful private courtyard, 1 min from a vaporetto stop and 2 stops from Piazza San Marco. I liked the beautiful view from across the big canal and the fact I had to use boat transport which made for a very lovely experience. The kitchen was super well equipped even had coffee, tees, pasta, olive oil etc. Federico is super proactive communicator - I haven’t had such detailed instructions and tips ever from a host. Even met his mum Angela who gave us the keys :)
