Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! It was our first time in Venice and the hosts were so lovely & so helpful: providing us with a list of recommend restaurants, things to do, and how to get around the city. They checked up on us multiple times & were so helpful when we needed it. The Airbnb itself is lovely & small, very Venetian. Located just by a water bus station (making it get to & from the train station really easy). It was perfect for 3 people & had everything we needed. It is located up 2 flights of stairs - just incase for heavy bags. Couldn’t recommend the Airbnb enough! Thank you for the lovely stay.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen area had modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nicolo left a variety of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The location is very convenient to the popular sightseeing locations, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone.

Accommodation as described in the ad, clean, tidy. Kitchen with everything you need for the 5 days we stayed. Quiet area, but close to restaurants, supermarkets, leisure area and transport. Good communication with the hosts and the welcome from Gaby was great, she accompanied us to the accommodation and gave good instructions on places to visit and good restaurants in the area. I would recommend the place without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elias place! It felt so homey and was close to everything! We would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable place most conveniently located across the bridge from the train station and near all local conveniences.

What a lovely stay in Venice! Very close to the Rialto Mercato stop. Super easy to hop on and off from there and get around the lagoon. Great restaurants and shops closeby - and the actual space is fantastic. We slept really well, very quiet place, and the shower is awesome!

GINO Very attentive, always correct with the instructions, he welcomed us personally, it was a pleasant talk with suggestions and recommendations. Advantages of the place, above all, is that you have the bus line that takes you to and from the historic center in minutes. Supermarkets and bars to enjoy in a more relaxed way. A ten.

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! Great place in the center of everything.

My extended family of Mom, teenage daughter, husband, and I had a great stay in Venice. The location is incredible, and it feels private. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and it is near several boat stations. We were able to get to Saint Mark's in a leisurely 30-40 minutes.

William’s place is an absolute gem! I’ve visited Venice three times before and this was by far the best stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet walkable to San Marco, Rialto, and close to both Accademia and San Samuele Vaporetto stops. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped—especially loved the pristine kitchen and dreamy coffeemaker. The AC worked perfectly (a must in June), the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Mornings with the “dreams door” open to the canal were magical—gondolas drifting by, peaceful water views, and not noisy at all. Truly felt like living in a postcard. William was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. We were celebrating our anniversary and arrived to a chilled bottle of prosecco—such a sweet, generous touch. This place captures the magic of Venice, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you, William!

Absolutely amazing stay! Riccardo’s place is full of character and charm—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The space was spotless, comfortable, and centrally located. Riccardo was an exceptional host—friendly, proactive, and always available when needed. His local recommendations added a lot to the trip and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.
