The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. Fabulous place - we stayed for a week - with 2 teenagers, a preteen and our dog - great field opposite to run the dog morning and evening. Plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. 45 minutes to nearest place to eat out. Facilities were great - lots of swimming and football played by our kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely hosts, very friendly and very accommodating! The accommodations are even better in person, it is very cosy and me and friends had the loveliest time for my birthday relaxing weekend! All the amenities were provided, definitely worth the money and definitely enough space for everyone! Thank you so much, would recommend it. Only downside is that there is only two parking spaces available (which is stated) but we managed to find parking elsewhere for our 3rd car.

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night break at Turnip Cottage. Everything was perfect for our group. The cottage was spacious, homely and fully equipped. The facilities were excellent. We were a party of 5 adults and two children aged 14 and 10 and we made good use of the 2 games rooms in the courtyard. The children loved the tennis court / football / go-cart area and we all made good use of the swimming pool and gym. The owner was very friendly and helpful and directed us to a lovely private walk within the grounds. We will definitely meet our friends at the cottage again and enjoy another peacefully perfect weekend in this beautiful part of the country.

We stayed for one night so we could visit the nearby Cosford Airshow. The accomodation was very clean & spacious for the three of us. The location was quiet & peaceful, with parking on the drive. There are many nearby pubs, restaurants & takeaways if you wish to go out rather than do your own cooking. Terence & Marie always replied promptly & positively to any messages & I would definetly book this property again.

Richard's place has a lovely blend of feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere yet being only a 15 drive into thriving Buxton. It was warm, comfortable and a great size for a family get-together, with some amazing walks literally on your doorstep. We can all genuinely say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The chalet is unique, we needed somewhere that was close to Utilita arena but also was in quiet surroundings, this really fitted the bill. Well supplied with tea,coffee,milk,chocolate croissants,cereals which was unexpected and a great personal touch. The bed was comfortable, clean linen, supplied towels. The shower is fantastic hot and powerful. Great outside space great for the short break we were on. 5 stars all the way from us.

Garden Nook is a beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting. Lisa and Paul thought of all the personalised touches. The Garden Nook was impecabily clean and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We hope to be back in the future and would highly recommend.

Stunning property, furnished beautifully, with wonderful crockery always a bonus & you can tell everything has been thought through with care & attention to detail. Just simply beautiful & the dogs loved the resident dogs. You will not be disappointed plus the sofa & bed are super comfy. Everything you need for a wonderful trip away ❤️

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Everything was available in the house that we needed. Ryan was always available if needed and his instructions/communication was always very clear. Very close to shops, restaurants and lovely local areas to go walking if you wanted too. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will use this property again when visiting the uk. Thanks Ryan for allowing us to stay at your property 😊

Super clean home with everything you need for your stay. Great communication and some great suggestions. The only down side for me was not having a door between kitchen and living room to secure dog when going out to car and not having a secure garden space. That said I would still recommend this property

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay, I would absolutely come back with very little hesitation! I will however point out a few things that may be helpful if you choose to stay on this wonderful property... because it doesn't have aircon, if you are staying during a bout of warm weather, all of the gorgeous windows do turn the cottage into a bit of a greenhouse - however because they all open up, a breeze is totally possible. Only other note is when opening the windows to cool down (and because this is a real farm in the country) there are A LOT of bug friends you will make. I think we'll come prepared with a bug candle or two next time so we can enjoy the open air and less mosquitoes ;-)

Comfy beds slept like a log. 3 big bedrooms. Lots of parking area on the drive.
