Villa holiday rentals in Cap-d'Ail

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Fantastisk hus, med storslått utsikt. Vi ble tatt i mot med deilig mat og drikke som sto klart i huset. Enestående service fra eierne, de åpnet bassenget på vår forspørsel - degt satte vi stor pris på! Vær oppmerksom på smal vei opp til huset, men det går lettere når man har kjørt noen ganger..

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen mit tollen Tiefblicken auf das Meer und die nahegelegene Grenze zu Italien. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Auch zu Fuß kann man in ca 20 Min in die Altstadt von Menton und den Stränden absteigen. Parkplatz war auch perfekt,die Zufahrt zum Anwesen jedoch steil und eng. Deutsche TV-Sender wären noch prima. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und herzlich und unsere 6-jährigen Zwillinge waren von dem Hochbettt und der Gartenanlage inklusive Schildkröten,wie auch dem Pool begeistert. Gerne wieder.

Tolle, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und dann noch diese Ruhe! Es war einfach perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat immer sofort geantwortet. In der Beschreibung steht etwas von „sehr diskreten Gastgebern“ und das heisst übersetzt, wir haben kaum wahrgenommen, dass sie auch da leben. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Eleonore und ihrer Familie, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

Magalie hat uns sehr herzlich und lieb empfangen. Die Villa befindet sich an einem absoluten genialen Standort mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht. Der Zugverkehr war für uns nicht störend und somit auch an einem ruhigen Ort, an welchem wir es Tag und Nacht geniessen konnten. Die Villa ist mit sehr modernen Gerätschaften ausgestattet, liebevoll und mit einem sehr schönen Stil eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an zu Hause. Die Gartenanlage mit Boccia-Feld und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einer coolen Abendbeleuchtung versehen. Wer also erholsame und gemütliche Haus- und Poolferien geniessen will, ist hier absolut am richtigen Ort. Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Théoule avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!
