Monthly Rentals in Cap de Menorca

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to several restaurants, supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby. Stefanie and Miquel also helped us during our stay when we encountered some small difficulties. Thank you for the stay and of course we will come back when we have holidays in Mallorca again. I highly recommend the place.

We stayed at the finca for just over 2 weeks and enjoyed the time very much! There is plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen offers solid basic amenities and the large terrace with pool leaves many opportunities to take advantage of the sun. We were for different outdoor activities in Mallorca, e.g. for biking and walking. For us, the finca was a great fit! The very nice location near Pollenca and Port de Pollenca is ideal, with the rental car other destinations can also be easily reached. For the necessary relaxation, the quiet atmosphere around the finca ensures. Overall, we can only recommend a visit in the low season, we felt very comfortable and had a good starting point to discover Mallorca!

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.
