Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capaci

Loris was super accommodating and the apartment was lovely and really well situated in a nice area. It was a short walk from the Marina and there were multiple restaurants near by and a shop called Famila with everything you could need. Loris frequently checked up on us via messages to check how we were getting on. Checking in was nice and flexible and he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us all the important things.

Tiziana clearly communicated with me well before our stay. We were coming from Rome, and although our arrival was not the most convenient time, Tiziana was there for us and made us feel welcome. She also had many amenities, which were great, and she provided many recommendations. From our stay to the convenience of our location, everything was great. I can confidently say that I would stay at Tiziana's place again and highly recommend it to others. She had beach towels ready for us, and we used them when we went to Mondello Beach. She is one of the best hosts I've encountered.

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

The stay at Rosa's was perfect. She was available, kind and very communicative. The apartment matched the photos and description. There was absolutely nothing missing, there was everything and more and it was really very clean. We had a great time, with all the comforts and we rested very well. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi connection, which Rosa promptly resolved. The apartment is near the station and a 10-minute walk from Via Maqueda; therefore, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the historic center of Palermo and also the promenade. If we were to return to Palermo, we know where to stay. Thank you Rosa.

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

I really like staying here! Flat is really nice, clean, well well equiped, everything was exactly like in description, communication was also great. Apartement is located near bus stops which allows you to go to Mondello but also to city center of Palermo. Neighboor is very calm. thank you!

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

It was easy to park and the atmosphere was warm because it seemed like an apartment where families lived together. The terrace was particularly nice, and the indoor space was spacious enough. When I opened the doors, the wind blew well, so it was cool, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the season I went, so I burned mosquito incense.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. The perfect apartment for a beach holiday in Mondello - but Palermo is also super easy to reach by bus! Everything is clean, well equipped, just like in the pictures. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, with whom communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

We had a great stay at Arianna's place. We loved how quiet it was, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location, very walkable to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful stay in this truly unique and atmospheric apartment. The interiors are even more beautiful in person... from the richly painted ceilings to the bold colour palette and vintage touches, everything feels both curated and full of character. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the bedroom serene and well-designed, and the bathroom was a highlight with its 1940s tub and gallery wall charm. One of our favourite things was the host’s incredible music collection; such a thoughtful and personal touch that added so much to the vibe of the space! We felt right at home. The location was ideal for exploring Palermo, and check-in was smooth and well-communicated. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an elegant, soulful, and memorable base in Palermo.

Chiara met me at our appointed time. She is friendly and charming. She spent some time showing me how things worked and sent me a list of her recommened local restaurants. The apartment is cozy and charming. My following comments are not complaints, I stayed for a month in this apartment happily. 1. While there is an elevator to the 5th floor, you must climb an additional set of stairs to the apartment. 2. the apartment is full of light (and it is fun to watch the sky, birds and stars) you cannot see anything else because there are only skylights. 3. The apartment is divided like a triangle. 4 stairs up from the kitchen and you can move forward to go 4 stairs down to the bedroom or go to your left and go 4 stairs down to the bathroom and living room. The design is very clever and each room feels very spacious. It is not really for people with mobility issues. I really enjoyed staying here. The location is very walkable. The central train station is a 15 minute walk.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.

Nino is a dream host and his place was thought for the comfort of his guests. We felt at home right away and if the apartment was free, we would have extended our stay. thank you Nino, we will definitely be back.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
