Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace and listen to the animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

The short stay went very well. The apartment is in the center, next to a supermarket and equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. Marisa welcomed us in person and check-in was simple. Great flexibility even for check-out. Thank you, Marissa, for your hospitality.

Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is truly excellent: an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit in the surroundings of Casa Oikia. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. Host who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, even on foot. Porto Santo Stefano 4 minutes by car, Orbetello 6 km. Road a little busy and noisy, but the entrance is at the back.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Would 100% recommend staying here! The place was exactly like described and even more charming in person. I was in contact with Giuliana’s son who is an amazing host! Super proactive and very present to solve the slightest issues. I absolutely loved my stay here, and will for sure be back!

Spending a few days in this charming little house overlooking the sea was wonderful, for lovers of tranquility and greenery: equipped with everything, clean and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea. There is ample outdoor space for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, barbecues, or simply relaxing while watching the sea. It would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Viola is an energetic, friendly and helpful host, she welcomed us warmly and was always available for suggestions or to meet our requests. One of the best experiences ever on Airbnb, I can only recommend it!

Excellent location for those who want to relax in the midst of nature, away from the hectic city life. The sea is 20 minutes away by car, accessible via roads with ZERO traffic. Very kind owners offer a great welcome and availability for any type of clarification. Recommended.

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed our check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

We felt very comfortable at the place and especially enjoyed the terrace with the barbecue! The apartment is also a stone throw away from the beach. Franca was also very friendly and helpful :)

The accommodation was really very nice, nestled in the village. It is perfectly clean and very well-equipped. There was a small basket well provided for very pleasant breakfast. It is easy to park and walk to the apartment. The host was very responsive via message. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Grosseto. The apartment is beautifully located in the historic walled centre. It is well kitted out with everything you need, it is spacious and we were very comfortable. The apartment is located on the second floor and the stairs are very step so getting luggage in and out is a bit of a chore but achievable. We corresponded with co-host Raffaele, who was fabulous🌟 I had mixed up our dates by a day and Raffaele was wonderful and quickly arranged for the apartment to be ready for our arrival🌿

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

the house is very clean and very cozy with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI Luciana statue was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to make the most of the area. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything even the chargers on the bedside table. Vitorchiano is already beautiful in itself. It is an excellent solution to visit Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its Phantom village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to go to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we have treasured and that have made our stay even more interesting . highly recommended

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
