Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home, as well as the Visarno Arena and the main train station of Santa Maria novella.

The "Villino Gemma" is an Art Nouveau house located in an excellent position on Viale Colombo in Lido di Camaiore, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the pier and many services. The house consists of an entrance hall, a double-height central space, a dining room and a kitchen with a storage room.
