The charm of a modern and comfortable cabin, renovated with passion in the spirit of a sailor's shelter, the Petit Marsouin, villa with terrace surrounded by a small garden, is ideal for a family of 4/5 people. The house is located less than 300 meters from the beach and the fishing port and 2 kilometers from the city centers of Capbreton and Hossegor. Come and explore the many bike paths. Access the beaches, harbor and shopping streets on foot or by bike, forget your car!

Independent accommodation
Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

You'll love my place because of its cozy and functional layout, its view!, its terrace (10 m2), the retractable bed for comfort, the brand new kitchen and its veranda that allows you to enjoy the view in all weather. At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Basic kitchen with dishes. Coffee maker with capsules, tea and sugar to help out the first morning. Bakery and convenience store 100 m away, open every day. Bikes loaned! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.
