Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Bikes loaned! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.
