Le quartier est très calme, arboré. Possibilité de garer une voiture et d'abriter des vélos. Situation: 150m du port de plaisance, 500 m de la capitainerie et du marché aux poissons, 800m des plages. Nombreux commerces et rue piétonne à proximité.
