Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capezzano Pianore

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Two double beds / bedrooms, aircon and an ice making American style fridge certainly caught our attention when booking. We weren't disappointed as the place was amongst the best airbnbs we have stayed at. It is also incredibly well located, with the station being literally 5 mins walk and the town / beach area 10 - 12 mins walk the other way. To those unfamiliar with the trains, you can get to Pisa in 15 mins, Lucca in 25, Florence in 45, La Spezia and the Cinque Terre 60- 75 and even Siena in 120. While everything was very good and deserving of top ratings, it was slightly let down by the incidentals. If you have stayed at plenty of airbnbs then you'll know the difference between hosts that treat hosting as a labour of love and those treating it as a business. Some hosts leave simple grocery items in the kitchen along with plentiful towels, loo roll etc while some leave the bare essentials. This host was more of the latter strategy.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! 😊 Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass zwei Fahrräder inklusive waren – so konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden. Miriam hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der Obstkorb und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts – besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Miriam für ihre Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto e attenzione a tutte le possibili esigenze: non manca nulla, nemmeno il phon! I letti sono confortevoli e la cucina è ben attrezzata e perfettamente funzionante. L’unico piccolo inconveniente, riguardo il funzionamento delle serrande, è stato prontamente risolto dalla portinaia. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità del servizio, specialmente se si tiene in considerazione lo standard della località in questione.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was absolutely adorable, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe and it was easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. Finally, I just really appreciate the fact that Roberta did not make me clean the apartment before the cleaning crew arrived. Highly recommend!

Wir waren im Juni in der Unterkunft von Elton und rundum zufrieden. wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten genug Platz. Wir konnten flexibel ankommen und wurden total nett empfangen, uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Wenn wir im Nachhinein noch Fragen oder Tipps brauchten, bekamen wir innerhalb von 20 min eine Antwort. Ein Service der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem praktischen ausgestattet und obendrein gabs noch sehr leckeren Kaffee. Der Stellplatz ist zudem sehr praktisch, so ist das Auto sicher abgestellt. Direkt ums Eck ist eine super leckere Eisdiele, mehrere Obstläden, eine Apotheke, eine Drogerie, ein Geldautomat und verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings kostenpflichtig (bis zu 50 Euro täglich). Ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt sind auch wunderschöne kostenfreie naturbelassene Strände, die ebenfalls sehr schön sind. Rundum hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Die Unterkunft und die Ausstattung sowie die Lage haben meine Erwartung komplett übertroffen! Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, die Unterkunft, die Möbelstücke, die Wäsche sowie Handtücher, alles war einfach picobello - wie neu! Als wären wir die ersten Gäste:) Außerdem haben die Gastgeber an jedes einzelne Detail gedacht, das Apartment hat alles, was du brauchst. Geschweige vom Design und von geschmackvollen Kleinigkeiten, alles sehr herzlich eingerichtet: das alles macht diesen Aufenthalt zu meiner besten Erfahrung bei Airbnb! Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt- absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im La Dogana. Martha und Fabio kümmern sich mit so viel Herz und Aufmerksamkeit um ihre Gäste - diese Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

I am an older, male, English speaking, solo traveler and photographer who loves Italy. From my point of view Lucca is an excellent destination, this Airbnb apartment is the best place to be if you are looking for an Airbnb, and Silvia has the qualities that I most appreciate in a good host: she communicates well in English, she reacts quickly, and she answers my questions as they arise. An excellent host is not a host that guarantees your stay will be problem free - an excellent host is a person who effectively deals with problems as they arise. Silvia is an excellent host. I hope to return to Lucca in the future and I will aim to again stay in this apartment with Silvia as my host.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

La casa di Casper è un gioiello immerso nella natura. Perfetta per rilassarsi, godersi il panorama sul golfo, fare un tuffo in piscina o semplicemente vivere il giardino. La cucina è fornita di elettrodomestici, il frigo ha funzione ghiaccio e acqua per cui non avrete bisogno di comprarla. Le stanze e i bagni sono spaziosi e puliti. I letti comodi. Casper e Joke hanno risposto sempre velocemente per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

O melhor anfitrião que encontrei aqui. Gentil, atencioso, preocupado com nosso bem estar, apartamento lindo e super confortável, com mapas desenvolvidos por ele para possamos conhecer a cidade Montecatini e Lucca, realmente incrível! A disponibilidade dele em ser útil para transformar nossa viagem num momento único foi admirável, somos muito gratos pelos momentos em que passamos nesse apartamento o qual fizemos de base para visitar outras cidades da Toscana. Super recomendamos!

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super, die Mieter im Haus sehr nett. Die Nachbarschaft, sagen wir mal sehr lebhaft 😉. Parken ist theoretisch tagsüber ein Problem, ab 21:00 Uhr bis 09:00 Uhr sind die Parkplätze gebührenfrei. Stefano war immer erreichbar, super Gastgeber

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.
