Le Pitte 4 is part of a typical renovated Tuscan farmhouse, furnished and designed to make you feel at home: it is located on a hill in the Mola plain, on the edge of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the central part of Elba, facing southwest, near Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, and various sandy, gravel and rocky beaches. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The apartment located in Portoferraio is in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from the beach of Ghiaie and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. It is easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing. There are free parking lots nearby. The apartment is spacious and bright with sea views, and has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 balconies, and a bathroom.

In the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or twin, combining the two beds. The window of the second bedroom has no view. The two bathrooms in the house both have a shower. The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.

Townhouse

Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, "Casa di piazza", recently renovated, is an 85-square-meter apartment, dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The two spacious rooms retain the original floors and fixtures, the furniture is simple and functional, the kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the main room and sitting area is truly exceptional. Our guests, without distinction, will be welcomed with kindness and professionalism.

The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
