In Walter’s place you will feel right at home. In a very private neighborhood great for the family about 20 minutes away from restaurants great beaches close by. Had all the amenities you could think of for the beach. Clean, Had everything we needed, super accommodating, quick to respond, view and yard is amazing and the view spectacular to say the least. This place is lovely! we felt right at home immediately & would absolutely stay here again. It is very well-stocked and comfortable. The beds were comfortable & the house was very clean. We loved sitting outside on the lanai for breakfast, listening to the fountain. It was so nice to have chairs, mats and snorkel equipment available for use. Stuart has clearly thought of everything!

Beautiful home exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was easy, and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The location is just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for accessing the shopping center. The host regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely book again when staying in Kona!

Wesley was friendly and quick to respond. We felt right at home in a peaceful neighborhood with nice little coffee and thrift shops nearby.

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

Four of us spent 10 lovely nights at the house, and my wife and I had stayed in the cottage on two different trips: so the property is both a draw for us and a wonderful memory. We did a lot of cooking, eating around the table on the porch. We walked to the water, snorkeled daily, felt like locals, went to a farmer's market, and marveled at the turquoise waters of the bay. We hung out. The house, eclectic and comfortable, seems built for it.

I enjoyed the stay at Mike's place. It was my first time visiting the beautiful big island and his instructions on how to navigate to his place and get inside was very easy. Just watch out for directions when putting it into Uber or Lyft, the drivers may get confused, so it is best to stand outside of the property and wait for your ride. When we did have a request for something, they handled it promptly. Super friendly people when we encountered them on the property momentarily. Was very willing to help assistance in any way needed. The private entrance to the backside of the property has a nice pool. We did not utilize the pool as we were gone from the facility quite often during the day. There are accommodating things on the property, such as beach towels and surfboards for your use. There is also a laundry facility on site in case you need it. Space has a mini fridge, sink and cabinet storage in case you bring food/snacks. Keyless combo entry. Loved the property!

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

Jason was wonderfully prepared for our arrival. Rooms were clean had all the amenities for our tray: well stocked kitchen, bathroom and especially equipment for our beach days! We had only a few issues but he responded quickly and was taken care of in a timely manner. We would stay there again. May I close with the thought…best sundown views EVER!

Mike and Melissa (and Sheryl!) are wonderful hosts, and their place is spacious and comfortable—me and my dog, Margot, felt instantly at home. They were super friendly with great recommendations, and the apartment is private and quiet, yet super convenient to town and all of Kona’s lovely beaches. Would recommend to anybody!

Absolutely stunning accommodations! The unit is impeccably clean (and I have exceptionally high standards of what "clean" actually means!), perfectly situated, has amazing views, and the hosts were extremely responsive. If one is sensitive to heat/warm weather and uncomfortable without AC, be prepared, as there is no AC and it did get very hot (there are plenty of fans throughout the unit for those who can manage with just fans and a breeze from the ocean). I would highly recommend this unit to others; it was a fantastic stay...the only problem was we couldn't stay longer. Mahalo Ron & Chris 🌺

This spacious home was amazing. We fit 8 people in this home with plenty of room to move around. This is an older home and some wear and tear was visible when we arrived. We simply took photos and shared with owner on items that needed attention in the future. This home has wonderful views of the ocean, it is not far from a Costco and a Walmart for quick and easy shopping. The home was supplied with all the basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, tissue and much, much more. There is a large TV downstairs that our kiddos spent their down time watching. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Three bathrooms was a huge blessing for the size of our group. The owner was responsive and helpful for every inquriy.

just spent a wonderful getaway in this beautiful and cozy Airbnb in the heart of the lovely town of Holualoa, Hawaii. The home was perfectly decorated with a lovely blend of Hawaiian charm and comfortable elegance, making us feel right at home. The real highlight for us was having our furry family member "MORTY" join us on the adventure! Although there weren't any special treats or goodies for Morty, the home itself was very pet-friendly and welcoming. What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional service from our host. When our plans changed due to unexpected home repairs after a pipe flooded, our host went above and beyond to help us extend our stay. Their flexibility and kindness were truly appreciated, and we felt grateful to have such an understanding and supportive host. The location in Holualoa was ideal - quiet, picturesque, and though far from the hustle and bustel of Kailua Kona but still close. There is a beautiful coffee and breakfast spot walking distance.

This is a beautiful place to stay. My family really enjoyed our five day’s. The location, view and all the amenities made you feel like home. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and lanai was so organized and comforting. We walked to a beautiful local black sand beach called Honomalino, it was awesome. I highly recommend this Air B&B, had I known it was so nice we would have stayed here our whole two week vacation. We met the care taker from Pennsylvania, he was a friendly and helpful gentleman. My family rents Air B&B when they visit from Alaska, I’ll tell them and all my friends this is the place to rent. This place has created great memories for my family. Thank you so much.

I was beyond impressed with her property. She has a stack full of goodies that you need for vacation and cooking. It has the perfect location for exploring both Kona and Hilo in addition to all those good beaches. Again, can’t say enough good things about this property and the management.

Was better than booking with the hotel directly. You can see manta rays feeding at night right from the hotel. Waking distance to manta ray dive operators.

Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en la Ohana de Brian y Linda, y nos han ayudado en seguida con todo lo que hemos necesitado. Casita muy confortable y amplia, totalmente equipada, situada debajo de la casa de los amfitriones, con un jardín privado muy agradable y amueblado muy cómodamente. Situado en un barrio tranquilo y seguro, a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Kona donde hay zonas de restaurantes y bares. Hay sitio para aparcar gratuitamente en la calle al lado de la ohana. Mahalo!!!

If you enjoy magnificent sunsets, starry skies, and the lilting sounds of croaky frogs, this is the place to rent! Great location between Kona and Hilo. Simple yet clean and welcoming accommodations. Relaxing atmosphere, warm and cozy bed, and refreshing hot outdoor shower! Hosts are very helpful with local recommendations for places to visit based on your interests as well as suggestions for beaches, museums, and local attractions. You won't regret renting here!

Peaceful, private and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Kona Joe Coffee is right next door. Parking is by the fence not at the Visitor Parking. You’d have to walk through the grass to get to your house which it can get a little dirty especially when it’s raining. Lots of bugs outside and some gets inside too but otherwise the place is clean and well kept. Yana was very helpful, showed up right away to fix the hot water.

Absolutely one of my favorite Airbnb stays! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is super convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The pool is amazing clean, inviting, and set against a stunning view that made every moment feel like a getaway. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and made cooking fun, and the television setup was top-notch for winding down in the evenings. Every detail of this place was thoughtfully designed, and the overall vibe is just awesome. Highly recommend this is the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to again and again!
