Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Re-boot and unwind… Situated in the quiet village of Mas Cabardes, surrounded by forest, this pretty stone house is a real treasure. Ideal for one or two people, with the possibility of sleeping four (though there is little intimacy dividing the sleeping quartes). The house is arranged over three floors: ground floor comprises the kitchen and shower room; first floor boasts the salon and the second floor consists of the double bedroom with second W.C. There are two private terrasses.

Olive gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 min. drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 20 September.

Cottage nestled in green and unspoiled nature, in the heart of an 85-hectare natural park and at the gates of the Montagne Noire. The cottage has stunning views of the Pyrenees mountain range as well as Carcassonne and its Citadel. A large shaded stone terrace will allow you to enjoy this exceptional setting throughout your stay. From the site, several hiking trails are immediately accessible. Lac des Montagnes is less than a 15-minute drive away.

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
