Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

It is the only apartment directly overlooking the communal pool, it was built in an old cellar, so it is a little dark but in summer it is the coolest in the complex!!! It has a large private porch where you can relax and enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors.
