We had a great stay at this apartment at Lake Como. The place was super clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works very well, which was a big plus during the warm days. The view from the apartment is incredible, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meals at home. Communication with Simone was excellent - very responsive, friendly, and proactive, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The balcony is a lovely spot to relax, though a bit of shade would make it even more enjoyable during midday. Be aware that the walkway and stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep, which can be tricky - especially in wet weather. The parking spot is spacious, but crossing the main road to reach the apartment can feel a bit dangerous, so extra caution is needed. All in all, a lovely place with great amenities and views. Happy to visit again!

Loved this stay. A bit hard to get to the place, you have to walk towards the hill, but the instructions are very clear. The apartment is located on an ancient street. It has this incredible energy of staying in the heart of old Italy. Also, the place is very cool inside even during hot summer days. Overall, me and my friend really enjoyed it, thanks so much to the host!

We spent a few days in this listing that matches the photos you can see. The sun rises behind the mountains right in front of the small balcony, it's just beautiful! It's quiet. The apartment is well equipped, the mattress comfort, there is what it takes to prepare a small meal with local Italian dishes. The ferry is 8min to Mennagio to visit the other villages (Bellagio, Varenna,...) you can park in the city. Adriaan and Anna were always very responsive, they advised me in markets because I couldn't find the schedules and places on Google. The condition of the apartment is impeccable, the bedding too. I recommend.

The stay was fantastic, not only the architecture of the house, but we also loved the furnishings incredibly. And of course this view of Lake Como - unbeatable. All in an incredibly cozy village. A neighbor even brought a bottle of wine as compensation for the noise because he had done construction work on his house. Warmly, Thank you for the opportunity to relax again for a few days.

One of the best views of Como lake. Host is very responsive, he met us in a parking lot and helped with bringing our bags. Apartment is in 5 minutes walk distance from parking area. We were welcomed with small honey pot and Easter candies for our daughter. The apartment is fresh renovated, it has cute antique household items. Well equipped kitchen, a small blowing heater, pellet stove - made our holidays enjoyable during colder weather. And of course lake views from balcony- absolutely unbeatable. We will surely come back. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful cozy cottage right on Lake Como! We loved our stay here. The kitchen was great and the host provided the first morning essentials (eggs, butter, coffee, yogurt, milk) which was a life saver. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the incredible Finnish sauna! We swam off the dock in the lake daily and hung out in the yard with so many beautiful ducks and swans! There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance, but do be aware you have to walk on a busy road to get to the closest town which is Lierna (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was not a problem with the ferry and the proximity to town. I highly recommend this place and would book it again in a heartbeat.
