The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guests.

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

I mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. ci sono Tende Zanzariere anti insetti. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere della terrazza. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne . Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.
