"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

This apartment features a bright living space with modern decor and cozy furnishings. The open layout connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms for up to 4 guests. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries. The apartment's downtown location puts you steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this apartment offers comfort in the heart of the downtown.

The Mainstay

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

This whimsical one bedroom home offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and is furnished with antiques, heirlooms and assorted treasures collected by the owners in their travels as antique dealers. The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

K&K Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful small town cottage. This quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes spacious living room and dining room. The new kitchen boasts a dishwasher and coffee station. Full laundry room on premises. The fenced in backyard includes an inviting patio and bbq grill. The backyard has its own firepit. The small town vibe is close enough to the city but quiet enough to enjoy the easy life.
