This old 1800s forge is located in the heart of the historic village of Crucuno, located a stone's throw from the large beaches of Kerhillio (2 km) and Sainte Barbe (2.5 km). This building, renovated on 3 levels, will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (these menhirs), Etel (for its small port and its ria), Auray (and these shops)... La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
