The apartment is located close to the Erdre and higher education schools such as Polytech, Oniris, the Ecole du Bois, the Ecole de Design etc... Access to the Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire is very easy, whether by bike, bus or car. Pets aren't allowed

You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.
