Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We have updated everything. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 living room sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully-equipped kitchen 1 shower 1 toilet You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
