Reo was a very responsive and kind host. The home is very private and has an incredible amount of space. Unfortunately, our route down took longer than anticipated due to a flat tire so we couldn't take proper advantage of the fire pit and things, but sitting on the back porch in the morning was really lovely. So many bathrooms! And the man cave downstairs was huge. The only downside was the cleaner that was used throughout the house had a very strong, sharp smell and left an oily and slightly slippery residue on the floor and surfaces. Not an issue for everyone, but myself and one of my friends were a little allergic. Also, there seemed to have been a dog in residence on a previous visit and my friend experienced some allergies due to that. But again, nothing too bad. It is only 13 minutes away from a little shopping center with restaurants and things. The whole thing was very convenient and I would recommend the stay!

The Lake House is amazing. What a beautiful home with everything you need. It was great to be able to swim in the clean pool and fish at the lake. I high recommend staying here if you are in the area. The house was comfortable and cozy. We loved the screen in porch to enjoy the rainfall. We plan to come back! Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

Me and my family have a great experience in this place, everything was clean and Lisa was helpful, I really recommend this place but get there early no like me that I arrived at 10:00 pm and my kids just enjoyed just the hot tub, they miss the swimming pool but maybe next time we can enjoy everything. thank you Lisa.

Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this cozy cottage. Our family of four, plus one dog, felt at home. The location was close to the wedding venue and major roads, but still felt private. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

This was the perfect weekend getaway. My husband loved the catch and release fishing pond. The house was pristine and felt so private. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay special!

If you're looking for a spacious and exquisite place to stay in Serenbe, you've definitely found the one. The decor is beautiful, with a clean and airy feel throughout. This home had more space than anticipated, with a master bedroom upstairs, another large bedroom with on-suite bathroom on the bottom floor, and two more small bedrooms (one is an office with a pull-out couch; the other has a daybed plus a second mattress if needed). The location is amazing and within easy walking distance of the best of Serenbe (though we love to rent a golf cart and ride around to see the farm, gardens, etc.). The townhouse also has a golf cart parking spot with an outlet for charging nearby. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent. We had two families stay here together and could not have been happier. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. We plan to return to Serenbe and would be delighted to stay here again!

Such a well appointed and decorated home and such a wonderful host! If your travel plans include a stop in Peach Tree City, you must consider a stay here. Perfectly located in the heart of PTC with super easy access to the extensive golf cart/walking trails. Cassandra was such a kind and attentive host. We felt right at home and check in/check out was a breeze. We will definitely book here again!

This home was perfect! The house was extremely kid-friendly with baby gates, a very well stocked toy room, water table on the back deck, red wagon, little steps to reach the sink, etc. It was fairly hot and humid during our stay, but thankfully the basement back deck is completely shaded, and the main level back deck is partially covered with a fan, so we stayed cool and comfortable. The place was within an easy walking distance (0.2-0.3 miles) to a coffee shop that had storytime, a great bookstore, the general store that had food and groceries, and the green space that featured an inground trampoline, and sand pit to play in. This was the same area where the Saturday morning farmers market was set up, so we enjoyed delicious, crêpes, and live music. our host was prompt in responding to our questions, and was kind enough to accommodate a slightly delayed checkout due to a delayed flight. I would 100% rent this home again.

wonderful place to stay for the ren fair

If you are considering this place - just book it now :) The house is great -- very clean and they provide more amenities than any other AirBnB we have used. The winery cafe at the bottom of the hill was so cute and we spent an afternoon having some wine, charcuterie and sandwiches which were all excellent. We didn't get the opportunity to use the fire pit area, but it looked nice. Personally, i would have loved one king size bed, but it isn't a deal breaker, just something to make it absolutely perfect for us. The check out process was fairly simple and didn't require too much before we left - less than most we have stayed at. Location was great for us -- on a quiet street but close to downtown Dallas as well. We have family in the area, and will likely stay again if the guest house is available. I have also recommended the Three Strands cafe to the family in the area.
