The property is 18th Century and retains most of its original charms throughout (including vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, internal stone walls), while offering the luxuries of 21st Century living. It also benefits from a spacious garden, terrace area and countryside views. Located 25 minutes west of Oxford within easy reach of the stunning Cotswold experience. We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.
