Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

Apartment consisting of a living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IN THE BEDROOMS. It is located in the historic center of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for drying laundry). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. Visitors are not allowed.

Within walking distance you will find the bus stop and all services (cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, shopping), given the proximity to the town center.

Once land on the island, it takes just three minutes walking to the apartment. Very close to the luxury yacht port and the harbor. The apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the gulf of Naples, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Ischia, and Procida. The beach is a few minutes away and nearby transportation makes it easy for you to travel around the island.
