Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cascade-Chipita Park

The location is spot on with beautiful views of the mountains, within easy driving distance of many attractions and beautiful drives. The cabin is cozy but spacious with good amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and deck.

I recently stayed with my family, we were there to celebrate my Cadet, he graduated from the airforce academy, we loved the house, the set up. it a wonderful stay. will recommend to anyone. the drive to base was not bad at all. we got extra early and still had plenty of time. we loved the firepit outdoor area in the backyard and the hotub was a hit! Thank you for making your home a special memorable moment for our family.

Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

The place was a given, met expectations, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time. The kids had s'more , and even got to enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended

What a hidden gem!! The place was beautifully landscaped and welcoming. Off-street parking was nice as well. The place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need inside. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of a grocery store. Also within 15-20 minutes of Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and other attractions. Would highly recommend and we are hoping to stay here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs! Deane was a great host and very pleasant to visit with. Thanks!!

The remote check-in/out was very easy and I found it as a plus. The house was as pictured and described. Everything that you may need has been thought of and provided. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. The backyard is set up nicely. We had some windy and rainy conditions for our stay. This limited our outdoor time, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit and dining table. The basement game room was very nice was a great addition considering the weather. Multiple games of Ping-Pong were played as well as on the arcade machine. We would stay here again if available during future visits to the area.

Greg’s place was a great home away from home. The cute studio and hot tub were exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. On top of that, Greg was an extremely responsive host who brought us a wine opener from his nearby home during a thunderstorm. Thank you for everything Greg! Great place.

Myself and two young kids and dog stayed at David’s spot. Great place for a young family to enjoy the outdoors. Everything as described, would absolutely go back again. David is real responsive and friendly.

Hodge Podge Lodge had so many fun things to do. From the board games, old arcade game, air hockey table, Keurig coffee in every living & entertainment space, WiFi (although minimal), beautiful trails, look out point, swings & so much more!

Our stay at the cottage was a peaceful as you can get. Close to restaurants, and the open space behind the cottage is great for hiking. Lots of memories will remain with us for a long time.

Love this place! Will definitely book again when I return to Colorado.

Beth‘s house is spotlessly clean and she was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is very spacious and was very comfortable. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood is in old Colorado city and walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. We felt very safe in the area and it’s a friendly neighborhood. The off street parking was great. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out and about or the patio, which is also very nice. It was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb‘s I have stayed at and would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay for or Thanksgiving vacation! We were there 5 days and it was great. It even snowed on us! The view from the living room windows was absolutely breathtaking! We will defiantly stay again!

Had a great stay at Darcie's place! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and our hosts were great. They gave detailed directions to be sure we found the place without a problem, and were super helpful when our delivery driver ended up at the wrong door. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

After a four-day stay at Lori’s cottage, I wanted to move in permanently. The cottage is beautiful, with vintage touches throughout. Light-blocking draperies and comfortable mattress in the bedroom. It was great to have a washer and dryer at my disposal, with a parking space off-street. The dining room and living room gave plenty of space to spread out, but my favorite place was the front porch. The location was perfect, with easy walking along Cascade just a block away to look at the historic homes. The streets are not busy, so making left turns is a cinch at any time of the day. Lori has recommendations for dining a AU for reference in the cottage. The best part of this Airbnb is Lori. She was an excellent communicator, with check ins beforehand, a welcome message, and friendly chats as we ran into each other. The icing on the cake was a personal goodbye as I was ready to leave, just after I sent a message to her that I was on my was out. I highly recommend.

We had a great time. We travel to Colorado to see our son and often it is running to planned outings. We relaxed for two days o enjoy the outdoors and one another. Best visit yet!

This is such a little gem. I loved all the artist touches and you can really tell she thought about all the little details to make you feel comfortable. The hostess was perfect with communication.

I enjoyed staying at The Cottage. It was quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and WiFi was reliable (I was with someone who had to be online everyday). We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked nice. The remote location was a surprise given that it's a 5 minute drive from Manitou. There were other guests in the main cabin but they were friendly when we saw them out walking. We did see a bear trying to get into the dumpster but he was just looking for a snack and didn't pay us any attention. I will recommend this spot to others and would stay again. My only wish for The Cottage was a small fenced in area for the dog on a portion of the patio. Would have been nice for her to enjoy some of that fresh mountain air without having to be on leash the whole time.

You can't get much closer to Garden of the Gods which makes it easy to go there for sunrise or sunset if you want. And Old Colorado City is just down the road. Getting groceries is easy with Safeway just 5 minutes away. In other words this place has location, location, location. All that, and yet, its on a quiet residential street. Beds have a mattress topper which I like since I sleep on side. But they aren't overly soft if you prefer firm. Very comfortable linens. Bathroom is small with a low commode, but the shower is nice and hot with a good stream. Serviceable kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans for stove top. Just a cookie sheet for oven use. And there were 2 ice trays in the freezer which I especially liked having. Streaming my own shows at nights was super easy. All in all a nice place to stay. Thanks!

We stayed here due to its proximity to our daughter’s home, and we are so happy we did. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable with foosball, cornhole, and other games for all to play. The small deck overlooking the backyard made it even nicer. Parking is so simple right out front, and it’s so easy to hop on a roadway to take you anywhere around the Springs. A large supermarket is only 2 blocks away—very convenient. Definitely a nice place to stay while in Colorado Springs.

Tiffany's home was very clean and comfortable. There was only 3 of us, so we just used the upstairs, but the basement was also great. Decorated so cute. Good location. Close to some great restaurants, hiking trails, Garden of the gods, etc.

This place is close to anything and everything in Colorado Springs, house was super clean and had everything we needed. we had a GREAT time! Thank you for sharing your home!
