Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il recupero del palazzo pur mantenendo i tratti originari della villa borghese del centro, ha lasciato spazio alla tecnologia e al risparmio energetico, attraverso appartamenti dotati di domotica, VMC (ventilazione meccanica controllata), deumidificazione, riscaldamento e raffrescamento a pavimento con impianto geotermico
