You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
