It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, yogurt and soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Staying in my place is an experience. For each guest I have fun customizing the rooms or leaving small thoughts about the home. The apartment is located in Castel Maggiore near a noble palace. The location places it to: - 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk to the center of Castel Maggiore; -5 minute drive to Centergross; - 10 minutes by car from Fiera di Bologna and Interporto; - 20 minutes by car from Bologna station and airport. ❗️FREE PARKING
