The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Also ideal as a base for visiting Emilia Romagna and, in 2 hours by car, cities such as Venice and Florence. Having a car is recommended. Public transport is 2 km from the accommodation with a pedestrian street.

A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

The location places it to: - 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk to the center of Castel Maggiore; -5 minute drive to Centergross; - 10 minutes by car from Fiera di Bologna and Interporto; - 20 minutes by car from Bologna station and airport. ❗️FREE PARKING

A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center.
