Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

The #cukicasetta is our home in an Italian village at the foot of the mountain. A pink two-story house with a large kitchen, spacious living room, garden on three levels with a swimming pool (July and August), barbecue, pizza oven and swings. Raggiungibile solo a piedi, silenziosa e senza traffico, ideale per vivere la dimensione autentica del paese. Parcheggi gratuiti a 50–200 m. Wi-Fi. Camino utilizzabile anche per arrostire (griglia disponibile); legna su richiesta (€10, sacco 20 kg). Animali ammessi.

The little house in the mountains

Cottage located in a small town of about 100 inhabitants. Family-friendly, especially with kids. In the house, there is a bedroom (double bed + single bed) with a bathroom inside, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in addition to the equipped kitchen with fireplace, there is a living room with a double sofa bed. Outside there is a space equipped with a table and barbecue.
