Selvabella is a farmhouse situated in the heart of Tuscany, half way between Greve and Panzano in Chianti. Just 35 km from Florence and Siena it is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Chianti. Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 m². It has a double bedroom with AC, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds and equipped with a tower fan, a large bathroom and a kitchenette (fridge, sink, small oven and 2 burners gasfire). It is the perfect place for lovers of nature, cooking and pottery.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

At just 18km from Siena, the apartment is part of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, Santa Barbara, tucked away in the scenic rolling hills of Tuscany. We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
