The apartment is very traditional in an old stone house, located in the beautiful Verzasca Valley. The location is the ideal vantage point to explore the valley with its beautiful nature, but also Locarno and Ascona. Please note: the place is on a reservoir, you can't swim there! There are also no supermarkets, bakeries, etc. in the valley, so it is best to do your shopping in advance. The apartment itself is very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the location very quiet. We were there as a family with 2 children and felt very comfortable. (There are steep stairs in the house, not suitable for very small children). Overall highly recommended!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check in was very smooth. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few meters to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

I stayed for a month and it was a lovely apartment, very cozy🙏❤️ About a 10 minute walk to the train and super convenient to get to Lake Como. The town is quiet there’s not a lot going on, but it’s cute and a good base for checking other places out. There’s a grocery store right around the corner w/ cafe.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Beautiful apartment, close to Torno, ferry and bus station nearby. Rocky was super friendly and helpful at any time + Agataaa (cat) was very cute and fun to play with event tho she is a diva haha We'd highly recommend this place

This studio apartment (not big) is ideal for two persons wanting to explore Como's attractions without having to walk far. The location cannot be better - just off Volta square - it is still very quiet, private and secure. The ground floor also makes things easy if you have luggage with you. I can highly recommend for one or two persons.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Especially the fenced in garden was a big plus for us with a dog. The train station is within walking distance, which is why a car is not absolutely necessary.
