I recently returned from my first Wonderful month stay in Silvia's apartment. I enjoyed it so much I plan to return again & again. I love her apartment because it is right in the heart of El Born, close to the Cathedral Santa Maria Del Mar, close to the port, the park, the Barcelona Cathedral, Palau de Música & many more top attractions. The area is a very walkable, vibrant & charming part of El Born. The apartment itself is a compact studio, spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is Clear that Silvia takes great pride in it. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the area, and the beach is less than a fifteen minute walk away. Silvia is an Excellent Host! She was a welcoming, helpful, and a very responsive host. I thank Sylvia so much for helping me decide to stay in her lovely apartment. It was a most memorable experience that I shall always treasure. Gracias Sylvia! Nos Veremos!

Wow! Was meeting my girlfriend for the first time in Spain, and we chose to live in Igualada. None of us regret that decision at all. It’s really quite in the nights and really friendly local people if there was anything we were wondering about. The host jordi was always available and asked several times if we were okey, and if we needed something. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who decides to visit the beautiful city of Igualada.

The area is incredibly quiet, lots of green and disconnected. Nearby there are routes to walk or bike. The house is very comfortable and equipped kitchen as if you were at home. We were two couples and were comfortable at all times. Montse was very attentive. Thank you so much, we had a great time.

Tsveltina is very attentive and responds quickly, although everything was fine and we did not need to contact her. The entrance to the apartment is autonomous, which makes both the entrance and the exit easy and comfortable. Fully renovated apartment in an old house within a passageway. It is tastefully renovated and is very quiet. Mattresses are very comfortable. The only thing that is a little difficult is parking nearby, it is a white zone but there are many driveways and the spaces are usually occupied If I'm back in Manresa, I'd definitely book again. Very good experience
