The house is very close to the lake and the square. The space is intimate (16 sqm + 9 sqm terrace) divided into two floors. You enter from the first flight of stairs on a small balcony for exclusive use (the entrance door is here). On the right is the bedroom and on the left is the bathroom. Going up the stairs you enter the attic/kitchen and the exit to the terrace that faces the lake through the roofs of the village

Castelveccana is an excellent tourist destination thanks to its hamlet of Calde', known as the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore". We have an apartment on two levels with a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area on the ground floor. Upstairs, an open space with a kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed. Comfortable for 4 people, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi in all rooms. The house is completed by a terrace overlooking the lake of about 10 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation.

Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

It is located in the small hamlet of Nasca in the municipality of Castelveccana (Varese) from which you can reach the beaches of the lake on foot or by car. For mountain lovers, there are many pleasant itineraries on foot, by mountain bike, or by car.

It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
