Small traditional Toulouse house, said to be on one level, completely renovated, located in the Sept Deniers district, a stone's throw from the Ponts Jumeaux and 15 minutes from the hyper center. In fine weather, you can enjoy a dining area on the terrace in the shade of an arbor overlooking the owner's vegetable garden and in case of high heat, the recently installed air conditioning will bring you some freshness.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Charming 35 m² air-conditioned studio with secure parking

Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

This unusual cabin offers you real comfort, with a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the forest. A summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and plancha available. The owners' swimming pool is available from June to the end of September and is private for guests from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions, please contact us before confirming your reservations. Family cottage located in a wooded park with swimming pool. Typically Toulouse, this small brick and pebble house will charm you. Its large swimming pool will delight young and old. However, it is not mechanically heated. It is really usable at the end of May and beginning of June depending on the weather for the more cautious. Large play and leisure areas are at your disposal. Great for family getaways.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
