Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

The property is about 1 km from the sea (only 8-10 minutes' walk) and has about 150 hectares of land in the hinterland with grain fields, maquis and olive trees as well as a small lake. The Fattoria with about 150 square meters of living space was built around 1800 and has since served the family as a summer and country residence. At the front is a classic garden. The 6 x 20 meter pool is also used by 2 other guest families, but offers enough retreat options due to the spacious complex.

Recently renovated apartment in a typical Tuscan farmhouse in the hills, a 20-minute drive from the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a cozy entrance to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. In the property's garden there is a swimming pool (from June) and a wooden gazebo with BBQ. There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.
