The holiday apartment 'Perla Marina' is located in Grosseto and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

My place is located just 10 meters from the sea and close to the center of the village. You'll appreciate my home for its quiet neighborhood and strategic location. It is ideal for couples and families, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the presence of shops and various clubs in the immediate vicinity. It is a perfect place for those who love a relaxing and private vacation. The proximity to the Tuscan art cities and the small typical villages means that it is also possible to discover new places and discover the flavors of Italian cuisine.

The House of Lemons

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.
