Monthly Rentals in Castine

We have been staying at Sea Breeze for the last 4 years while my daughter was a student at Maine Maritime Academy. It is like our home away from home. Very well stocked, always clean, and Jane always communicates any special events taking place in town. So many special touches that you immediately feel at home upon check in.

As our last stay everything was very accommodating and comfortable. Great music, books, art and an expansive beautiful landscape. The stars at night are beyond amazing. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed staying at Josh’s place right on the water. It is walkable to the Main St. in Castine and Maine Maritime Academy. We really enjoyed the view of the harbor and got to see a beautiful strawberry moon rise over the water. Josh was very helpful and communicative. I would stay here again.

Staying in Zoe's place for a few days was heaven on earth! The views from any location in the house are just beyond beautiful. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and overlooking the water (whether from the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, screened in porch, or deck) was truly such a peaceful experience. The house was spotless upon arrival as well as very welcoming with flowers and a postcard. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics (standard spices, foil, extra paper towels) as well as good cookware. We didn't use the bathroom toiletries but appreciated so much that they were there. And the direct access to the water was so fun to go down and enjoy. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a good group gathering place that offers peace and tranquility.
