A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

The Farm House

Welcome to your farm home away from home! This property is truly stunning and one of a kind! The 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home, off of a dirt road, tucked away on a 5 acre estate is the epitome of serenity. Sprawling land, hay fields, a classic 4 level barn w/ cattle pens in the back. It has wide views of the country, with all the amenities modern life requires. There are large flatscreen smart TV’s in every bedroom and the living room - Starlink Wifi will ensure easy connectivity for your stay.

Lake Wateree 4 bedroom + bunk room with private dock and sleeps 12 comfortably. Our home has been completely renovated and is ready to enjoy! It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Pinehurst Cove Cottage

Come and relax at our peaceful cottage. Open floor plan with amazing views of the expansive cove that looks out to the big water! Enjoy the stars from the fenced in yard sitting around the fire pit or the private dock. Large screened porch with ample seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and attached bath. 2nd bdrm has a full bed and bunks. 2nd full bath in hall. Under home is a fun rec area with TV, bar, mini pool and Foosball. Bring the family and enjoy all of the Incl. water toys!

The Farmhouse @ Goat Daddy's

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Mid-Century Modern Treehouse with no stairs to climb but walk across a bridge thru beautiful professionally landscaped gardens onto a spacious deck with a hot tub. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
