Gîte des Peyrots en Pays cathare

Au coeur du Pays Cathare, entre les villages de Lapradelle et de Caudiès (100m de la D117), à deux pas des châteaux, ce gite de 60 m2 sur deux étages profite d’une totale tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure avec un terrain arboré indépendant de 1000 m2 . Cette petite maison à proximité de notre domicile est en pierres apparentes et saura vous protéger des ardeurs de l’été. Pied à terre idéal pour vos randonnées nature ou culturelles ainsi que pour la pratique des sports d’eau-vive.

Appartement chaleureux dans maison ancienne

situé entre mer méditerranée et montagne, Caudiès permet de visiter le département facilement. Autour du village, vous avez des piscines, des rivières où se baigner et les châteaux cathares.. Dans la maison en pierres, vous pourrez vous rafraîchir après les chaudes journées. Le ménage est à faire. Je demande une caution de 50 euros que je rends si c'est propre, après vérification. Les draps ne sont pas fournis. en hiver, je rajoute un forfait chauffage de 40 euros pour une semaine.

EstWest, Gîte Lagrasse 60m² et Cour privative 20m²

Gîte-studio de 60 m², cour intérieure privative de 20 m², de plain-pied, au cœur de la cité médiévale de Lagrasse, labellisé "Plus beaux villages de France". Bel espace à vivre, avec arche du XVe siècle, cuisine et salle d'eau. Dans le village : baignade surveillée dans la rivière Orbieu, abbaye, église avec orgue classé, exposition sur les plafonds peints, ateliers d'artistes et de créateurs, commerces, restaurants, festivals, animations, randonnées, point d'information touristique.

Gîte au vert

Loue 2 gîtes T2 identiques, mitoyens de 45M2 chacun en séjour et à la nuitée hors période estivale ( juillet, Août). Gîtes de plain pied, état neuf dans une propriété sécurisée, arborée, clôturée avec pelouse de 1500 m2. Chaque gîte est équipé comprend, grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine, 2 petites chambres individuelles, lit 140, salle d'eau et WC indépendants. Terrasse ombragée privative salon de jardin + 1 terrasse partagée. RAPPEL: en Juillet et Août 3 nuits minimum..

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Recently renovated to a high standard, these spacious, open plan apartments offer a comfortable base from which to explore the region and all it has to offer. A The central village location is within a short stroll of all the village amenities: bar, restaurant, bakers, grocery store, doctors, etc....and of course the wine caves! There is free parking nearby plus a secure garage available onsite for use by guests with motor bikes or bicycles.

L'Aparté studio 1

You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle. You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden. Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
