Guests are welcome to fish in pond, explore the wooded area or simply relax in the hot tub. Conveniently located in front of the cottage is my previously owned liquor store that has a wide variety of spirits. The small town of Booneville is 1 mile away for groceries or a bite to eat. The River House

Come stay and enjoy our lovely "River House". This house not only offers a comfortable home feeling stay, but also convenience to tons of entertainment and exploration. Located just outside of Ravenna in Estill County on the banks of the Kentucky River. It is a two-story, two bed, one bath house with existential views of the Kentucky River, river bottoms, and Appalachian Mountains. Porches with hammock chairs and patio furniture and windows upstairs to constantly take in the views!

We are located 7 miles (12 minutes) from the Natural Bridge trailhead and Miguels Pizza. Get ready to unwind and take in nature! Make sure to also bring your fishing poles.. A cleared path through the 1.2 acres of woods to a stocked- catch and release- Lake Millie.
