The villa is located in Capo d'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina, which can only be accessed with permission. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. La nostra suite al piano primo caratterizzata da un esclusiva terrazza privata di 40 mq sul mare vi farà godere dall'alba al tramonto la brezza marina. Si compone di due zone, cucina soggiorno con divano letto e zona notte con bagno con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini e viaggiatori singoli. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia allo stabilimento balneare Florida con ombrellone e due lettini.

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

on the Cavo waterfront, in a unique position, newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with large shady terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the village and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!
