The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island
