Holiday rentals with a patio in Çayköy

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

The homeowners were very nice, very helpful, very generous. This is a very nice family. The house was very, very clean. I have never seen such a house. It was very good. In her restaurant, the landlady cooked very deliciously and gave more of herself than she should. The stay was excellent

It was a very nice house with a great view and all the necessities were considered. We enjoyed preparing our own breakfast and dinners with this beautiful view and enjoy every moment. The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

The house was really clean, as we saw in the photos, it smelled good everywhere, including the sheets and towels, and since we had children, he also paid attention to that. He always communicated with me in a kind and polite manner, and made suggestions for our needs and the city location. This home and the host were amazing. The home has so much character. I wished I could take it with me. The host responded quickly and offered guidance on an array of our requests. I feel so lucky that we got to stay here. Clean, everything was operational, not one thing could be improved on.

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

Deborah and Önder were very caring and sweet people. They helped us with everything, asked about our shortcomings and found solutions. It was one of the most beautiful houses in Kalkan. We had everything we needed. We will come again next year. Thanks for everything. 🤍

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely breathtaking – I could have spent hours just relaxing and taking in the scenery. What made this experience truly special was the host. Mr erhan was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. He even offered me a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across a host who is so warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay with a host who truly cares about their guests. I would definitely come back again!

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

The house was so much nicer than it looked. We did not have any problems during our stay. The host Mr. Mert was very hospitable and caring. He informed us about what we can do. He responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you for supporting us in having a nice holiday.

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs. Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi. There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car. The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off. Kalkan is lovely. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
