Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.
