We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

We were able to get the dock so it was great for easy boat access, great spot will be returning

My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Barbara was very helpful with any questions I had about the space. She even picked up a new hammock for outdoor relaxation. The space was extremely peaceful.

It was the perfect place to stay for my bridesmaids and their spouses. We really had the best time, it was extremely beautiful and clean, and our host was so lovely and friendly - she even left us a bottle of champagne for the special occasion. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

The house has beautiful views and access to the lake which made our stay wonderful, and we loved the close proximity to Wolfeboro so we could enjoy the local restaurants, shopping, and activities! The house was was clean and comfortable, and was well appointed with supplies and amenities. Erin was a pleasure to communicate with. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided the necessary information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is a gem and we look forward to coming back!

Charlie was great. The piece of land here is beautiful and we enjoyed the scenery greatly. Stargazing from the hot tub was a highlight. Also, the couch in the living room is big and comfy.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Great place to stay in Lincoln. Close to so many hiking trails and restaurants are within walking distance. Also has a nice indoor pool and ho tub, plus an onsite laundry room which was really handy.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!
