The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

Lake Maggiore at Füssen, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport, as well as the markets in Italy. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the small studio for one person only.

The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
